Julie was born and raised in Oakfield, Wisconsin, where she currently resides with her husband Richard and their two sons, Ryan and Tyler.  Julie has been a Medical First Responder with the Oakfield Volunteer Fire Department since 1985.  She is a huge country music fan and enjoys spending time with her family, pitching horseshoes, and bowling.  

Julie has worked part-time in the family insurance business for many years.  In 2006, she obtained her auto and home insurance license.  In January 2010, she joined Cowles Henke Kemmel Insurance, LLP as partner and owner.  An added bonus is being able to work side-by-side with my twin sister, Wendy.  

Wendy was born and raised in Oakfield, Wisconsin and currently resides in Fond du Lac with her husband, Charles and one son, Sam.  Wendy has worked in the family insurance business for several years before becoming an agent in May of 1993.  On January 1, 2000 she became a third generation partner of the Cowles-Henke Insurance Agency along side her father, Tom Henke.  The family business was complete when my twin sister Julie joined us as a part-time agent in 2006.  Wendy could not ask for a better co-worker/partner than her very own twin sister!

Wendy has been a member of the Oakfield Volunteer Fire Department as an Emergency Medical Responder since 1985.  She enjoys taking cruises, pitching horseshoes, listening to good ole country music, and spending time with her family.  

Dennis has been in the insurance business since 1978,  starting as the Kemmel Insurance Agency in Brownsville, Wisconsin, following in the footsteps on his father, the late Millard Kemmel.   In 2001, Dennis joined forces with Tom Henke of the Cowles-Henke Insurance Agency in Oakfield, forming the Cowles Henke Kemmel Insurance Agency.  The agency has two locations to better serve all of their clients.  

Dennis has a sincere passion for helping others personally, as well as ensuring they have the very best insurance coverage.  He is committed to his clients, their families, and their businesses. 

Dennis has been an active member in the community for many years. He spent 14 years on the Dodge County Board, has served as a trustee for the Village of Brownsville, past president of the Brownsville Community Club Board of Directors (when the community club was constructed), and is a past president and current member of the Brownsville Lions Club.  Dennis is also an active member of the Home Builders Association of Fond du Lac & Dodge Counties, serving on the membership committee.  

Dennis has lived in Brownsville all of his life.  He and his wife Denise, have three grown children; Tim, Tracie, and Troy, and eight grandchildren.
